There are a small path and road to walk to the nearby kampungs (villages) if you loves to have a slow walks and watch local people activities. The path is from Panuba-Air Batang (ABC)-Air Hantu-Tekek-Berjaya Resorts & Spa. You also can walk from Air Batang-Monkey Bay-Salang. But it is very hard to reach there.


If you love nature, trekking to the waterfall is something that you might want to do while on the island of Tioman. Not only can enjoy the invigorating hike, but to learn more about the flora and fauna as Tioman offers a variety of plant and animal species. 


Tioman offers plant species such as the Rafflesia, a variety of plants and ferns, snakes, insects, mouse deer, porcupines, monitor, lizards, turtles and other creepy crawlies. For lovers of birds, you may want to bring your binoculars, as it will be a worthwhile experience to see a variety of birds on the island. During November to March, could see migratory birds such as white heron, pelicans, wild geese and many species of birds as these birds at the island of Tioman blistering winters rest of their countries. You can see all these beautiful flora and fauna if you love jungle trekking.
